At Louisville Recovery Community Connection (LRCC), we are a grassroots organization led by people in recovery, for people in recovery. We exist to connect, uplift, and advocate for the voices of our community.

It Started with a Vision

Louisville Recovery Community Connection was founded to address a crucial gap: true, community-rooted support for those in recovery. What began as a small initiative has grown into a trusted organization serving thousands of people across the region.

 

📍Key Milestones

2016 – Our Founding
A group of recovery advocates and peers come together to establish LRCC, driven by a shared vision of healing and empowerment.

2018 – Launch of Peer Support Services
We introduced certified peer recovery coaching, offering one-on-one mentorship rooted in lived experience.

2019 – Recovery Housing Program Begins
Recognizing the need for safe and stable housing, LRCC expands services to include supportive recovery housing options.

2021 – Community Partnerships Expand
We form strategic partnerships with local health systems, treatment centers, and grassroots organizations to extend our reach.

2023 – Thousands Served
To date, LRCC has served over 4,000 individuals through coaching, housing, community events, and advocacy efforts—and we’re just getting started.
