Lindsay West, CSW

Executive Director

Lindsay is a passionate professional dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. With over six years of experience in client care, human resources, and leadership, I bring both compassion and practical insight to my role as Executive Director. Lindsay holds a Master of Social Work from Spalding University and am a Certified Social Worker (CSW). My work is guided by a strong commitment to quality care, advocacy, and meaningful community impact.

Dylan Mingus, APSS

Operations Manager

Dylan Mingus has been with Louisville Recovery Community Connection (LRCC) for over two years. He is in long-term recovery and brings his lived experience into everything he does, including his journey of having been unhoused for more than a decade. Dylan is deeply committed to giving back and spends much of his time doing outreach with the unhoused community, helping others find hope and support just as someone once did for him.

Briana Jones, APSS, CHW

Lead Peer Support

Brianna Jones is a Peer Support Specialist with four years of sustained recovery. Through my lived experience, I am passionate about supporting others as they work toward their goals and maintain their sobriety. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, offering encouragement, accountability, and hope while promoting long-term recovery, personal growth, and overall wellness.

Daniel Harvey, APSS

Grant Administrator

Daniel Harvey is a recovery leader passionate about supporting individuals through connection, creativity, and community-driven solutions. He enjoys developing new programs and partnerships that expand access to recovery support while ensuring services remain inclusive and person-centered. Known for blending empathy with a thoughtful sense of humor, Daniel strives to meet people where they are and help them feel seen, supported, and empowered. Outside of his work, he has a deep appreciation for animals and the role they play in promoting healing, balance, and well-being.

William Bene, CHW

Community Engagement Specialist

William Bene is a recovery professional with nearly eight years if sobriety and six years of experience in harm reduction and community outreach. He distributes Narcan, provides overdose prevention training, and is CPR certified. William holds CSA and APSS certifications and is passionate about supporting individuals through their recovery journey.
